I really enjoyed working with Rob and would and have recommended him to others in the housing market.

-never pushy to purchase for the sake of making a sale, but has the client’s best interest(s) in mind.
-answers any and all questions
-is prompt with replies
-is organized (despite being in the middle of building his own home)
-offers additional information not necessarily required regarding the home purchase (in my case..with respect to living alone, being responsible for all home maintenance and bearing in mind financial landscape).
-can project approximately when repairs may be required-his previous home building/life experience becomes relevant experience.
-is thorough (key)
-is easy going/has a great sense of humour
-great and reliable communicator
-is well suited to this occupation
